摘要
介绍了对正序抽出油进行溶剂脱蜡作道路沥青调合组分生产道路沥青实验过程。实验结果表明 :抽出油脱蜡后所得脱油蜡是一种多产柴油的催化裂化原料 ,脱蜡油作为道路沥青调合组分可生产出 10 0号甲道路沥青。该方法可大大提高抽出油的附加价值 ,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益 ,对正序抽出油的合理利用有着十分重要的意义。
Furfural extraction oil is a by-product of furfural equipment,the dewaxing experiment of furfural extraction oil is made.The results show that the scale wax separated from the extraction oil can be used FCC feed for producing diesel oil,and the furfural extraction oil blending the high softening point deoiling asphalt can be produced qualified 100 # road asphalt.The added value of extraction oil is greatly increased with significant economic benefits.
