摘要
采用离子交换法制备了Pd/D0 0 5树脂催化剂 ,对催化裂化C5 馏分中戊二烯的选择性加氢和叔戊烯与甲醇的临氢醚化反应进行了研究。结果表明该催化剂具有较好的加氢活性和选择性及醚化活性 ,戊二烯转化率达97.67% ,TAME收率达 67.2 1%。经过 2 112h的稳定性试验 ,TAME收率基本保持不变 ,表明该催化剂活性稳定 ,可以长周期运转。
A Pd /D005 resin catalyst was prepared by using ion exchange method.Selective hydrogenation for pentadiene in FCC C 5 fractions and hydroetherification of tertiary pentanes with methanol were investigated.The results showed that the catalyst has high activity and selectivity for hydrogenation and hydroetherification.The conversion of pentadiene is over 97.67% and the yield of TAME is up to 67.21% and holds constant in the lifetime test for 2 112 h.
