摘要
介绍了催化裂化废催化剂磁分离装置的工艺流程及分离效果。处理后的催化剂微反活性提高 3 .8个单位 ,比表面积提高 3 0 .5 % ,孔体积提高 3 3 .3 % ,磨损指数减少 2 1.4% /h。工业应用表明可减少新鲜催化剂用量2 3 % ,有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
A magnetic separation process and its separation effect for spent FCC catalyst was introduced.After treating,micro activity of the catalyst enhanced by 3.8 units,specific surface increased by 30.5%,pore volume increased by 33.3% and wear index decreased by 21.4% respectively.Commercial application showed that make up of fresh catalyst reduces by 23%.
