摘要
实测塔里木原油 2 4个宽、窄馏分油不同温度下的表面张力 ,在所得数据的基础上 ,采用逐步回归法及基团贡献模型预测表面张力 ,其平均绝对偏差分别为 0 .5 5 0× 10 - 3N/m和 0 .480× 10 - 3N/m ,平均相对偏差分别为2 .45 %和 2 .3 8% ,预测结果均可以满足基本工艺要求。考察两种常用计算方法对塔里木油表面张力计算的适用性 ,API式偏差低于原文标明的范围 ,对比态法稍高于原文标明的偏差 ,可酌情使用。
Surface tensions of 24 wide and narrow fractions from Talimu crude were determined.Based on these data,the surface tensions were predicted by the gradual regression and group contribution correlations.The average absolute errors are 0.550×10 -3 N/m and 0.480×10 -3 N/m respectively and the average relative errors are 2.45% and 2.38%,basically meeting the requirements of the process.The suitabilities of two common models for calculation of surface tension of Talims oil fractions were investigated.The average relative error of the API relation is within its limitation,while the other is not satisfactory.
