摘要
概述了流化催裂化技术在中国取得的成就 ,提出了中国流化催化裂化技术的发展方向 :①通过对催化裂化反应机理和动力学的研究 ,应用新型催化剂和助剂 ,降低汽油烯烃含量。②开发催化裂化原料加氢处理工艺 ,降低汽油的硫含量和再生烟气中的SOx 含量。③优化设计和操作 ,提高催化裂化的化学有效转化程度 ,增加目的产品收率。④实现 3~ 5年的运转周期。⑤实现大型化 ,提高管理水平 ,增强竞争力。⑥向化工领域延伸 ,由常压渣油等重质原料生产乙烯、丙烯。
Great achievement of FCC technology in China was reviewed.It will be developed in China in following aspects.(1) Decreasing olefin content in gasoline through the research of chemical mechanism and dynamics of FCC reactions and the use of new catalysts and assistants.(2) Developing hydrotreating processes for FCC feeds to decrease the sulfur content in FCC gasoline and SOx in FCC flue gas.(3) Optimizing design and operation for FCC units to increase the chemical efficiency of the process and get more useful products.(4) Get more than 3~5 years turnaround for FCC units.(5) Construct large scale FCC units and improve the management to make the process more competitive.(6) Adding the function of the process to produce ethylene and propylene from heavy stocks such as long crude residue.
