摘要
为寻求大庆减压渣油转化的有效方法 ,利用“超临界流体萃取分离”技术 ,在实验室对大庆减压渣油 /催化裂化油浆混合原料进行分离 ,并对分离得到的脱油沥青和脱沥青油进行了评价。结果表明 ,掺兑 10 %~ 30 %油浆的混合原料 ,其脱油沥青可生产优质道路沥青产品 ;掺兑 10 %~ 2 0 %油浆的混合原料 。
The mixed feedstock of Daqing vacuum residue and FCC slurry was separated by using supercritical fluid extraction.The results showed that the superior road asphalt product can be produced with deoiled asphalt from the mixed feedstock blending with 10%~30% slurry.For the mixed feedstock blending with 10%~20% slurry,the FCC reactivity of deasphalted oil is much better than that of Daqing vacuum residue.
