摘要
介绍了剂油短时接触催化裂化技术 ,如Exxon公司开发的短接触时间催化裂化 (SCT)技术和UOP公司开发的毫秒级催化裂化 (MSCC)技术的应用情况。应用表明 ,产品收率和质量与常规催化裂化相比有明显改善。介绍了国外GraceDavison公司、AkzoNobel公司和Helsinki大学 ,以及国内石油化工科学研究院对剂油短时接触催化裂化专用催化剂的研制及评价情况 ,从中可看到 ,增加催化剂的活性即改进催化剂的孔结构和可接近性是弥补反应时间减少造成的转化率损失的关键。
Commercial application of short contact time FCC technologies such as SCT of Exxon and MSCC of UOP were introduced.The yield and quality of product were greatly improved compared to conventional FCC technologies.Studies and evaluations on special catalysts for short contact time FCC from some of companies, institutes and others,such as Grace Davison Company,Akzo Nobel Company,Helsinki University, Research Institute of Petroleum Processing in China were introduced.Adding the activity(improving pore structure and susceptibility) of catalyst is the key to make up the yield loss due to shortening reaction time.
