摘要 针对我国钻井污水的性质 ,新研制了一套室内模拟气浮装置 ,并提出了相应的工艺技术。室内试验和理论计算均表明 ,钻井污水的气浮处理效果受气泡尺寸的影响甚大 ,即适当选取不同的喷嘴结构 ,筛选出最优喷嘴 ,可使气泡尺寸足够小 ,达到分离要求。而不同的气流速度对气泡的半径也有较大影响 ,气流速度愈低 ,气泡半径愈小 ,气泡数量也愈少 ;不同的气流速度对除油和除悬浮物也有一定影响 ,使用最优喷嘴 ,把气流速度调至 30 0mL/min ,除油效率达到91 5% ,除悬浮物效率达到 87 2 %。 A flotation simulation test device for studying the drilling sewage treatment is developed, and correspondmg technology is put forward according to the character of the drilling sewage in the oilfields in China. Both lab test and calculation show that, the effect of the drill sewage treatment by flotation process depends in a great degree on the size of the air bubble. By selecting rational nozzle structure to make the air bubble size small enough, the requirement for separating the sewage can be satisfied. The air flowing speed also has large influence on the radius of the air bubble. The lower the air flowing speed, the smaller the bubble radius, and the less the bubbles. And the air flowing speed influence in a certain degres the removal of oil and suspended solid, therefore nozzle with optimum structure should be used to control the air flowing speed at 300ml/min. Under this condition, 91.5% oil and 87.2% suspended solids can be removed from the sewage.
