摘要
针对油田离心式注水泵机组的运行状况和故障特征 ,研制开发了离心式注水泵机组在线信息监测系统。系统由传感器、变送器、A/D数据采集卡和计算机等组成。这个系统将最大熵谱分析方法应用于在线监测分析中 ,解决了传统在线分析方法的窗函数和能量泄漏等问题 ,提高了分析过程的故障识别率。在胜利油田第九注水泵站的现场监测表明 ,由系统传感器监测建立的电动机和离心式注水泵轴的波形和最大熵谱图 ,可以准确地定位离心式注水泵机组的潜在故障因素 。
A new on line information monitoring system, which is aimed at working condition and faults diagnosis of oilfield centrifugal waterflooding pumps, is developed. The maximum entropy method is used firstly in the system,and an accurate model is set to stand for the machine's operating condition. The system solves the problems of the traditional on line analysis method, such as the window function and energy leak, and promote fault recognition rate. The on site monitoring in Shengli Oilfield shows that, the system can locate precisely the latent faults of the centrifugal waterflooding pumps, providing basis for maintenance.
