自洁式气砂锚在文明寨油田的应用

Application of self-cleaning gas and sand anchor

针对文明寨油田油井出砂严重以及由此引起的砂卡、砂埋柱塞和阀座、阀球的磨蚀等问题 ,推广应用了中原油田采油工艺研究院研制的自洁式气砂锚装置。装置由工作筒和滤砂机构两大部分组成。通过新颖的防砂涡卷弹簧可在防砂的同时清洁滤砂通道 ,防止滤砂通道堵塞。文明寨油田 5口油井的现场试验表明 ,该装置适用于砂粒直径大于 0 1mm的油井防砂 ,可防止抽油井发生砂卡、砂堵等事故 ;平均单井检泵周期由 60d延长到 1 51d ;平均单井泵效由 51 3%上升到56 2 % ;累计减少修井作业 1 2井次。

In the light of the serious sand plug in the oil wells in Wenmingzhai Oilfield, a self-cleaning gas and sand anchor is developed. The anchor is comprised of working barrel and sand filtering mechanism. A new scroll spring is provided for cleaning the sand filtering passage to prevent sand plug. Field use in Wenmingzhai Oilfield shows that the self-cleaning gas and sand anchor can effectively prevent sand plug and sand sticking of oil wells, and improve pump efficiency.
