绥中36—1油田Ⅱ期工程海底管道铺设新技术的开发和应用 被引量:5

摘要 渤海绥中36—1油田Ⅱ期开发工程中铺设的海底管道,是目前我国海上最长、管径最大的双层原油外输管道。海洋石油工程股份有限公司(COOEC)在该管道的铺设施工中,采用了先进的坡口加工、组对、焊接、检验技术,使管道的铺设速度比用原铺设工艺提高了3倍。新工艺、新技术的开发和应用,首次实现了我国在海底管道铺设中坡口制备、组对、焊接、检验等关键环节的自动化和半自动化。近期引起世界焊接业轰动的STT表面涨力焊技术,也由海洋石油工程股份有限公司率先在海底管道焊接中大规模成功使用,标志着高效、高质量的有间隙焊接打底工艺和技术进入了崭新的阶段。本文着重介绍该工程所采用的新的管道铺设技术和工艺在提高铺设速度和铺设质量上所起的作用,并分析了它们在海底管道铺设应用中的特点。 The sub-sea pipeline for phase Ⅱ development of SZ 36 - 1 oil field in Bohai is the longest and largest diameter dual layer crude oil export pipeline in Chinese offshore. The pipe laying rate is three times faster than ever before due to the application of some advanced technologies in welding, inspection, line-up and. bevel preparation. The development and application of the new pro-cesses and technologies enable the contractor of the project-Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation Ltd. (COOEC) to achieve the semiautomatic and automatic operations in welding, inspection, line-up and bevel preparation for the first time in the field of construc-tion and installation of sub-sea pipeline. Among those advanced technologies, the STT(surface tension transfer) welding process also has been widely and successfully used in the sub - sea pipeline project for the first time by COOEC. The high welding travel speed and excellent weld quality of STT welding process in this project symbolizes a new stage has arrived for the open gap root pass welding of sub-sea pipeline. The paper mainly introduces these technologies in aspects of improving production rate and quality, and analyses their characters in the installation of sub-sea pipeline.
