摘要
对SYZJ型冲击动载发生器的活动件进行了受力分析 ,建立了各种工作过程中的动力学方程及其简化形式。动力学方程中包涵了该型冲击动载发生器的内部活动件相互之间的配合关系及结构尺寸的设计要求。动力学方程的简化形式表明 ,对SYZJ型冲击动载发生器的实验内容和实验步骤可以大幅度精简。该型冲击动载发生器的冲击动载大小及动载发生频率的主要影响因素有泥浆泵的排量、冲锤质量等 ,适当地改变这些影响因素 ,可以较好地调节、控制SYZJ型冲击动载发生器的工作状态 ,并能提高其设计水平。
The acting forces of the main movable parts of SYZJ type of impulsive load generator are analyzed. The dynamic equations for different working conditions of the SYZJ type of impulsive load generator are developed, and the simplified formulas are given. The equations imply the following contents for this generator: ①The inner movable parts have their own matching relationship; ②The structural sizes are designed by some inherent laws; ③The generating frequency is controlled by some acting factors, such as drainage of mud pump and weight of hammer. Following these conclusions, the working status can be adjusted properly, and the design of the SYZJ type impulsive load generator can be improved. The simplified dynamic equations show that the experimental steps and contents could be cut in some range.
