摘要
结合中原油田有杆泵采油生产的实际 ,对电模拟法、常规APIRP 11L方法及Rodstar方法等优化设计技术进行了分析。结果表明 ,Rodstar方法是一种能与实际生产情况完全拟合的系统设计和模拟技术。该方法可根据油井当前的运行参数、生产状况、井底流压变化幅度和流入动态曲线判定油井是否有提液潜力 ,能定量地分析拟合系统的设备工况 ,模拟液面撞击以及井被抽空时的状态 ,并能用于对整个有杆泵系统作定量的经济分析评价。模拟结果与实际生产吻合较好 ,是迄今为止对有杆抽油系统进行设计、模拟及分析的较为完善的技术。
The electric analog method, general API RP 11L, and Rodstar method for designing and simulating the state of pumping unit system are analyzed and compared. Rodstar method can completely simulate pumping unit system operation in any actual case. According to the current operating parameters of a well, such as production state, IPR curve, Rodstar method can be used to analyze and determine whether the well is able to increase production. This method can also be used to analyze quantitatively the state of equipments in the system, simulate fluid pound and pump off, and evaluate all the pumping system economically. Up to now, Rodstar method is the best tool for designing, simulating and analyzing the pumping system.
