摘要
对用渗透蒸发膜分离方法去除C5中的甲醇进行了研究。选择具有极性基团的高分子聚合物作为膜材料 ,考察了不同膜材料及不同成膜条件下所得几种膜的渗透选择性和渗透通量。实验发现CA膜和PVA膜都是选择透过甲醇的 ,PVA膜具有优良的分离性能。制膜时所用的溶剂不同会影响所成膜的性质。另外 ,温度、压力和浓度对渗透通量和渗透选择性均有影响。
The methods of expunging methanol from C5 with pervaporation membranes were studied in this paper. The high polymer with polar group has been chosen to make membrane. The osmotic selectivity and osmotic flux of different membrane made from different materials and under different conditions were studied. The research gives that CA membrane and PVA membrane have selectivity through methanol. PVA membrane has good separation performance. Solvent used in making membrane influences the performance of the membrane. In addition, temperature, pressure and concentration also influence the osmotic selectivity and osmotic flux. Temperature and vacuity rising can enhance osmotic flux visibly.
