摘要
在对不同结构的柔性石墨缠绕式垫片进行常温机械性能研究的基础上 ,对机械性能与紧固件要求一致的垫片进行了常温密封性能试验研究。找出了常温密封性能的基本规律 ,提出了较好地表征垫片密封特性的公式 ,并通过对试验数据的回归分析得到了公式中的各系数。试验发现 ,该结构的垫片在预紧比压和 1 .1倍公称压力下的单位时间的标准体积泄漏率 (氮气 )达到 1 0 - 4数量级 ,表明该结构的垫片可用于相应压力级别的管法兰上 。
An experimental research about the tightening properties of gasket which mechanical property is consistent with the needs of tightening were performed based on researctes on flexible graphite spiral wound gasket with different structures under normal temperature. The basic rule of the tightening properties were found and a formula, which can correctly describe the tightening properties of the gaskets, were also brought forth. All factors appearing in the formula were defined by recursively analyzing all experimental data. According to the experiment, the standard volume - leaking rate of the gaskets could reach 10-4 for nitrogen under initial seating pressure and 1.1 times of reserved pressure during a unit time. It shows that this kind of gasket can be used in flange connection under above pressure grade and has low leaking rate.
