明矾枯痔液治疗痔疮1010例临床观察

THE CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS ON HEMORRHOID (10l0CASES) TREATED WITH ALUM-WIZENED HEMORRHOID SOLUTION

为了提高痔疮的临床疗效,自制明矾枯痔液治疗痔疮患1010例.方由明矾12g(或6g)、石炭酸2g、枸橼酸钠2.5g、奴夫卡因0.5g,加蒸溜水l00ml.对I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者分别注入6%、12%明矶枯痔液0.5~1 ml.以痔核脱落,创面修复、疼痛消失、肛门功能正常为观察指标.结果:痊愈960例,好转38例,无效12例,总有效率为98.8%.

In order to improve the curative effects of hemorrhoid, we prepared Alum-wizened hemorrhoid solution to treat hemorrhoid (1010 cases). The prescription was made of Alumen 12g (6g), Carbolic acid 2g, Sodium citrate 2.5g, Novocain 0.5g, distil-ledwater 100ml. patients of the firest, second and the third stage injected separetyly 6% and 12% Alum-wizened hemorrhoid solution 0.5-1ml, exfolication of hemorrhoids, renovation of surface of wound, pain disappearing and anal function recovery were the observation indexes. The results showed that 960 cases recovered, 38 cases got better, 12 cases was ineffective, the general effectiveness rate was 98.8%.
