摘要
考察了在疏水硅沸石分子筛吸附剂S -I上 ,以水蒸气为脱附剂 ,从混合二氯苯中气相吸附分离间二氯苯的工艺条件。试验表明 ,较佳的条件为 :吸附温度 ( 193± 1)℃、空速 1 8h- 1 、脱附时间 5min。在脱附温度 ( 193± 1)℃、空速 1 6h- 1 、初级脱附时间 3min、二级脱附时间 2 7min时 ,间二氯苯单程收率不低于 3 0 %。
Detailed studies were performed on the conditions of the process for separating meta dichlorobenzene from a mixture of dichlorobenzenes on the hydrophobic adsorbent S-I under vapor phase,where steam was employed as desorbent.Optimal conditions for the process are:temperature (193±1) ℃,GHSV 1.8 h -1 ,desorption time 5 min.At a desorption temperature of (193±1) ℃,GHSV 1.6 h -1 ,with a first stage desorption time of 3 min,and a second stage desorption time of 27 min,the yield of meta-dichlorobenzene is over 30%.
