摘要
考察了AB -97分子筛催化剂在无梯度反应器中 ,在乙烯分压 0 0 3~ 0 .3MPa和 65 3~ 72 3K温度内 ,苯 /乙烯烷基化反应制乙苯的反应规律 ,采用无约束单纯型调优法进行参数估值 ,建立了反应过程的本征及宏观动力学模型。试验表明 ,在催化剂表面乙烯为强吸附 ,乙烯分压 (浓度 )对反应速率的影响显著 ,在原粒度催化剂上受到内扩散的强烈影响。
The reaction of vapor-phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene over AB-97 zeolite within a temperature range of 653 K to 723 K and an ethylene partial pressure of 0.03~0.3 MPa was studied in a gradientless reactor.Intrinsic kinetics and macrokinetics models of the reaction were established with the related parameters estimated with simplex optimization.Experimental results show that the adsorption of ethylene over zeolite surface is much stronger than others.As a results,the reaction rate is intensely correlated with the partial pressure of ethylene.The macrokinetics indicates that the reaction over the industrial size catalyst particles is affected intensely by internal diffusion.
