改用GSBI高速泵实现氨精制系统安稳长运行

摘要 在炼厂含硫-氨污水汽提装置氨精制系统中,改用新型GSBI高速泵替代齿轮氨泵做氨精制塔塔底循环泵,消除了原泵对系统安稳运行的各种危胁,减少了氨伤害和氨污染,氨精制系统实现了长周期运行。 The new GSBI type high - speed pump instead of a gear pump was used as recycle pump of the bottom of the ammonia purification tower in containing sulfur- ammonia wastewater stripping plant. Therefore, the disadvantageous effect of the gear pump on the operation in longer work- up period was removed, and ammonia harm and pollution were decreased, so that the ammonia purification process has realized the smooth operation in longer work - up period.
