摘要
通过对链条抽油机工作特性和失效工况分析,建立起链条抽油机系统的故障树,采用蒙特卡洛方法,以故障树的逻辑关系为依据对系统作仿真研究。经25000次仿真计算,统计得出链条抽油机系统平均无故障工作时间为1463小时,并整理得出系统可靠度分布曲线,系统失效概率分布曲线。由基本部件的重要度和模式重要度分析结果表明。
Through analysis of the operation characteristics and failures of a chain pumping unit,a fault tree of the system is set up.By using Monte Carlo method,and according to the logical relation of the fault tree,the digital simulation is studied.Through 25,000 simulation calculations, it is concluded that the average faultfree working time of the system is 1463h, and the reliability curve and failure probability distribution curve of the system are presented. Analysis of the degree of importance of the basic element and the mode shows that the steel cable and main axial pin are the weakest points of the system.
