高强震动酸化工艺技术在河南油田的推广应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对河南油田油层非均质性、低渗透、近井地带污染严重的问题 ,应用高强震动酸化工艺技术 ,克服了常规酸化效果差、有效期短的弊端 .该工艺技术的核心就是将物理解堵和化学酸化法有机结合起来处理油层 .高强震动酸化工艺技术在河南油田应用 36井次 ,措施有效率 (注水井 2 9井次 ,油井 7井次 )达 90 .62 %以上 ,工艺成功率 1 0 0 % ,累计增注水量 44万 m3 ,平均有效期 8个月以上 .现场试验证明 ,该技术对改造油水井地层堵塞效果好 ,见效快 。 Strong vibration acidizing technology was applied in Henan oilfield because of the heterogeneity, low permeability and serious popullation near wellbore zone of the reservoir in the oilfield. The technology combines physical plug removal with chemical acidizing, and it has better effectiveness and longer valid period than conventional acidizing technology. The technology was applied in 36 wells (29 water injection wells, 7 oil wells), success percentage reaches to 100%, effectiveness percentage reaches to 90.62%, the increase of water injection rate accumulates 44万m 3, and average valid period reaches to above 8 monthes. The results of the field tests show that the technology has a good and soon result of plug removal for water injection wells and oil wells, and it is espectically suited to the treatment of the oil sandbody updip pinch out reservoirs which have bad physical property.
