摘要 随着原油储量的递减及原油的深度开采 ,世界性原油质量逐渐变重、变劣 ,轻质油品含量降低 ,必须进行重油轻质化。焦化和催化裂化技术得到的轻质油品均存在着外观颜色差、杂质含量高、安定性差等问题 ,达不到出厂最低标准 ,也不利于保护环境。加氢工艺以其原料适应范围广、产品性质好及操作灵活等优点 ,成为劣质产品优质化、重质油品轻质化的重要加工手段。使用加氢处理与催化裂化工艺协同 ,对不同原料油选择不同工艺进行试验研究 ,研究表明 :加氢裂化与催化裂化协同 ,可生产出优质的清洁燃料 ,且能提高轻质油品收率 。 Due to the reduction of petroleum reservoir and deeper extraction, the crude oil is heavier and poorer in the world, and the light products in the oil is becoming decreased. In order to enhance the yields of light products, meet the demand of excellent quality motor fuels and petrochemical materials, it is essential to convert heavy oil to light product. Delayed coking and FCC are main processes for heavy oil to convert to light product, but most products obtained by them have poor color, high impurity content, and poor storage stability, which could not meet the lowest product specifications. In recent years, in order to control environmental pollution, reduce harmful emissions, more stringent product specifications of motor fuel were proposed. A new process is needed to be developed imminently to convert heavy oil to light product to meet the existing and future market demands. Hydrogenation technology is an important process for heavy oil upgrading with the characteristic of a wide range of feedstocks, available high - quality distillates, and flexible operation. Processing various feedstocks with different process by using hydrotreating and FCC synergy has been demonstrated that refinery economics has been improved and production of high - quality clean distillates has been increased.
