摘要
二甘醇单甲醚由于结构上的特点 ,是一种优良的高沸点质子型溶剂 ,同时又具有良好的热稳定性、溶解稳定性、成膜稳定性和优良的固体表面渗附性 ,具有广阔的应用前景。以二甘醇、硫酸二甲酯为原料 ,以氨水为催化剂 ,合成二甘醇单甲醚 ,原料易得 ,工艺简单 ,针对反应过程中反应温度、原料配比、反应时间等影响因素 ,进行了较为详细的讨论。二甘醇与硫酸二甲酯在催化剂作用下的反应为可逆反应。考虑反应达平衡时诸多因素的影响以及有利于提高产品的产率、硫酸二甲酯的转化率等问题 ,最后确定了最佳条件 :反应温度为 80~ 90℃之间 ,原料配比为 3∶1~ 4∶1 ,反应时间为 4~
Because of the feature of the structure diglycolic simple methyl ether is a good, high boiling point, proton style solvent. It also has a good hot stability, soluble stability, phraproid stability and infiltration on the solid surface. It has a wide prospect. Diglycolic simple methyl ether is made up of diglycolic and sulfate dimethyle, with ammonia water as catalyst. The stock can be found easily and the process is easy too. According to the temperature during the reaction, the formula of the stock, the time of the reaction etc, discussion was made in more detail. The catalytic reaction of diglycolic with sulfate dimethyl is a reversible reaction. Considering the effect of many factors when the reaction reaches balance, and in order to increase the rate of the product, the rate of the changing of sulfate dimthyle, we determined the best condition at last. The temperature is between 80 °C and 90 °C. The formula of the materials is 3:1 [similar to] 4:1. The time of reaction is between 4 and 5 hours.
