摘要
催化主风机组的状态监测可以保证机组正常运行 ,也可以作为故障诊断的依据。等角度间隔具有采集精度高、分辨能力强和适合于现场数据采集的特点。等角度间隔数据采集关键是系统中转速信号和周期的精确测量 ,也就是脉冲周期预测算法和以此为基础的同步整周期采样。转速测量算法分为平均速度测量法和周期测量法 ,后者具有较高的精度和较小的误差 ,但在高转速下精度稍有下降。这样 ,可以转速信号相位为基础实现同步整周期的采样。采用的是微处理器配合数字纯电路的纯数字方案 ,具有响应快、精度高、可程序控制。
The condition monitoring of catalysic master-blower unit not only could pledge the unit normal operation, but also could be used for a basis of the failure diagnosis. The condition monitoring relied on the sampling of oscillation data. There were two kinds of means to attain the data, including the equal time interval and the equal angle interval. The equal angle interval was characterized by high precision and sensitivity, good practical application. So it was a progress tendency in the future. The key factor of the equal angle interval was that the accurate measurement of rotary speed signal and period in the system of data acquisition including the forecasting algorithm of the pulse period and also sampling control of synchronizing full - cycle on the basis of the former. The measurement algorithm of rotary speed was made of the measurement of average speed and the measurement of period. There were a higher precision and less mistakes in the later. The sampling by cooperating microprocessor with pure digital circuit was used. This program is presently best in this field. It had some merits, such as quick response, high precision, the wide speed scope of programme control. In conclusion, this algorithm on the oscillation data acquisition was a best. As a result, it was not only recommendable, but also worthy of spread, besides it had a unvaluable theoretic value.
