烷基硫酸钠中碳链长度分布对MMA种子乳液聚合粒径分布影响的研究

摘要 氯磺酸法合成了C_(8-10),C_(12)和C_(14-16)烷基硫酸钠,精制后表征了碳链分布组成,在C_(12)为30%-80%范围内研究了烷基硫酸钠中高碳同系物和低碳同系物的比例对甲基丙烯酸甲酯种子乳液聚合生成的聚合物粒径大小和分布的影响,并讨论了成核模式。研究结果表明:高碳同系物比例的增加,聚合物平均粒径增大;低碳同系物比例的增加,胶束数目增多,由胶束成核(包括均相成核)而形成的聚合物粒径分布变宽,而对在种子上增长的聚合物粒径分布无影响。 C_(8-10)、C_(12) and C_(14-16) sodium alkyl sulfates have heen synthesized with chlorsulfonic acid and then characterized their alkyl chain length distribution after being refined. At the range of weight percent 30%-80% of Sodium dodecyl sulfate, we studied the effect of ratio of longer alkyl chain length and the shorter alkyl chain length homologous series in sodium dodecyl sulfate on PMMA partical size and particle size distribution in seed emulsion polymerization and discussed the nucleation models. The results show that the average particle diameter of PMMA increases with the increasing of ratio of Longer alkyl chain length homologous series in SDS. The increase in ratio of shorter alkyl chain length homologous seres in SDS makes the diameter distribution of PMMA particle grown from micelles and homogeneous phase viden and has no influence on the diameter distrbution of PMMA propagated from seed emulsion polymerizarion.
