陶瓷微孔管错流过滤模拟高放废液的研究

摘要 研究了含有典型沉淀物 :晶状 (硫酸钡 )、絮状 (磷酸锆 )和综合型状 (模拟高放废液 )等三种体系的错流过滤。探索了不同体系、孔径、浓度、压力以及错流速度对过滤效果的影响。实验结果表明 ,错流速度及沉淀物浓度都有一个临界值 ,过滤效果受此值影响。压力影响与滤饼的可压缩性有关。模拟高放废液体系的过滤特性与磷酸锆体系更为相似。模拟高放废液用孔径 0 2 μm滤管错流过滤经过长时间运行验证 ,过滤速率可保持在 150L/ (h·m2 ) ,滤液中固体的质量浓度小于 The cross flow filtration of the three systems containing typical precipitates:crystalline (BaSO 4) ,non crystalline (Zr 3(PO 4) 4) and synthetic (simulated HLLW) is studied.The effects of the system,pore size,solid content,pressure difference and cross flow velocity on the filtration are investigated.The results of the experiments show there is a critical value of cross flow velocity and solid content.The values have an effect on the result of the filtration.The effect of pressure difference depends on the condensability of filter cake.The filtration property of simulated HLLW is similar to the system of Zr 3(PO 4) 4. The cross flow filtration of the simulated HLLW by ceramic micro porous pipe (0.2 μm pore size) is proved on long run test.The filtration velocity is kept at 150 L/(h·m 2). The solid content in the filtrate is less than 2 mg/L.
