Studies on the Determination of Ciprofloxacin in Human Urine Using the Synchronous-Derivative Fluorimetry

研究了人体尿液中环丙沙星的荧光性质。通过控制体系中的 p H值 ,消除了背景干扰 ,据此建立了同步 -导数荧光光谱法直接测定人体尿液中环丙沙星含量的新方法。其线性范围为 1 .3～ 33.1 mg/L,回收率 99%～ 1 0 4 % ,相对标准偏差 2 .0 %～2 .4%

The fluorescence characteristics of ciprofloxacin in human urine was investigated in detail. The background interference was eliminated effectively at pH of 3.7. Based on this, a new method for the determination of ciprofloxacin in human urine using the first order synchronous derivative fluorimetry has been developed. The linear range was 1.3～33.1 mg/L. The recovery was 99 %～104% and RSD was 2.0%～2.4%.
