Chiral Resolution of Optical Isomers of α-Chloro-N-phenyl propanamide by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法在手性柱上分离芳氧基丙酸类除草剂中间体α-氯代丙酰替苯胺的光学异构体。实验结果表明,在三苯甲酸纤维素酯(CTB)手性柱上,以无水乙醇为流动相时,能在较大程度上拆分α-氯代丙酰替苯胺的光学异构体,其分离因子为152,分离度Rh为0.60。 The chiral resolution of the optical isomers of aryloxypropionic acid herbicide intermediate α-chloro-N-phenyl propanamide was studied by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography on chiral column. The experimental results showed that the optical isomers of α -chloro-N-phenyl propanamide could be resolved much better on the tribenzoylcellulose (CTB) chiral column with ethanol as mobile phase. The separation factor and separation degree were 1.52 and 0.60 respectively.
