摘要
应用统计的方法,在对多台国产200Mw机组第6、7瓦低频分量状况分析的基础上,指出轴瓦稳定性低的机组往往表现为低频分量大,因而低频分量可以作为判断轴瓦稳定性的方法之一。提出了国产200Mw机组第6、7瓦低频分量控制指标的推荐值和现场监视油膜振荡的报警值。本文还指出了低频分量的特点及其量值的描述方法。
This paper presents a study of low—frequency vibration components, by means of statistics, on the No. 6 and 7 bearings of domestic 200MW turbine—generators. The results show that the bearings with poor stability often have a larger low—frequency vibration component, which can be used as the stability criterion of bearings. Described here are also the limits of low—frequency components and the alarm limits in monitoring oil whip for domestic 200MW turbine—generators. The features of low—frequency vibration components and their measurements are discussed.
