华能福州电厂CE型角置直流燃烧器的NO_x排放特性 被引量:12

摘要 对华能福州电厂CE型角置直流燃烧器的结构布置特点和主要设计参数作了介绍,重点为入炉总空气量、燃烬风量、燃烬风喷口摆角和燃料风量变化对NO_x排放量影响的试验结果的描述。配此型燃烧器的300MW机组锅炉的热效率达到93%以上,省煤器后过剩空气系数可降至1.15。在30%MCR时无需投油助燃即可保证稳定燃烧。烟气中NO_x排放量可控制在700mg/m^3以下。这种燃烧器的NO_x降低幅度不够理想,分析认为有自身结构和参数设计方面的原因,以及运行条件方面的原因,文中对此进行了一些初步的分析和评价。 This paper describes the characteristics of the structure and design parameters of CE type tangential pulverised—coal burner used by HIPDC Fuzhou Power Plant. The effects of burner parameters, such as total air, over—fire air(OFA), tilt angle of OFA, nozzle—and—fuel air, on NOx emission were tested. And the result is introduced too. With this type of burner, the boiler efficiency of 300MW unit has reached over 93%, while the excess air ratio after economizer is reduced to 1. 15. Stable combustion can be obtained with no oil supporting at 30% MCR. And the NOx emission in the flue gas can be controlled within 700mg/m^3. However, this kind of burner still has a good limit in NOx emission due to its own structure and design problems as well as operation conditions. All these are briefly discussed in this paper.
