摘要
主要对我国进口的原西德EBV公司生产的st45.8/Ⅲ电站用锅炉钢管进行了使用状况调查分析,对已发生的爆管事故进行了失效原因分析,同时研究了这批钢管的延寿措施,经电厂实施后效果很好,还从理论上研究了这类钢管的应变时效脆化问题。
This paper presents an investigation to the application of st 45. 8/(?) utility boiler tubes imported from EBV (Germany). Failure analysis and measures for life extension of these tubes were conducted, which have been proved to be very effective. Also,a theoretical study of the strain—aged brittleness of these tubes is introduced.
