摘要
给水联合处理(CWT)即采用氧和氨调节直流锅炉给水水质,它是火力发电厂中一项先进的给水处理技术。本文介绍了我国首次进行的给水联合处理技术的试验研究情况。在配直流锅炉的亚临界300MW机组上成功地采用了给水联合处理方式并且在提高机组运行的安全性和经济性方面,初见成效。研究结果提出了在有铜系统机组上实施锅炉给水联合处理方式的条件,建议在国内电厂中推广这种联合处理技术。
The combined water treatment (CWT), by using oxgen and ammonia to control the quality of boiler feedwater, is one of the advanced techneques applicable in fossil-fired power plants. This paper describes the first application of this technique on a 300MW unit with a subcritical oncethrough boiler. This initial operation shows that it is very successful and effective both in safety and economy. Some requirements are proposed to the application of CWT on the units with copper tubes. And CWT is further proposed to be widely used in Chinese power plants.
