摘要
锅炉管的失效是材料、环境介质、温度、应力和运行工况等多因素综合作用的结果。本文系统总结了锅炉管的损坏规律,按爆漏产生的原因,将锅炉管的失效分为10类。并且介绍了各种失效类型的现象、产生原因和防止措施。
Boiler failure is due to the combined effects of material, environment. pressure and operation conditions. Based on the failure pattens and their causes, a classification of 10 is then given in this paper. Also presented here are the causes, phenomenon and prevention for each type of failures.
