摘要
本文叙述随着现代电力系统控制的发展和需求以及计算机技术的迅速进展,已经形成了电力系统控制中心的几代产品。文中根据控制中心的实际分类,研究了不同年代的能量管理系统的基本特性,揭示出发展途径和演变的趋势。基于Unix的分布式能量管理系统和先前几代相比具有各种突出优点,它是新一代的能量管理系统,将更适合于今后电力企业的需要。
This paper describes the development and demands of modern power systems coupled with the rapid advancement in computer technology from which different generations of power system control centers have emerged. Based on a practical classification of the control systems, the essential characteristics of the EMS systems of different generations are examined, the continuing trends in development and evolution are revealed. The Unix-based distributed EMS systems which provide various outstanding advantages over the previous generations are presented as the new generation of EMS systems that will better serve the needs of Electric Utilities in the future.
