摘要 本文介绍了多区互联电网优化输电规划的主要思路及计算机程序的主要特点和功能。多区互联电网优化输电规划是以多区互联电网中发电机组总体的运行费用和输电损耗最小为目标,考虑发电机出力、输电走廊容量、水电站可利用电能量约束条件,求解出互联电力系统之间最佳交换电力和累积交换电量,并在专家系统的支持下,进而设计出各联络线的输电方式、输电电压等级、回路数、串联补偿及导线截面。 A new multi-area interconnected power system transmission planning algorithm and computer program are presented. Linear programming technique is used to evaluate the optimal exchange of power through interconnection. The objective function is the minimum of operating cost and transmission losses for the whole power system. Generating capacity, right of ways and available water energy of hydrolic power plants are adopted as constraints. An expert system has been developed to design the tie lines including their voltages, conductor sizes, number of circuits as well as series compensations. The results can be further feeded into a network planning program. A four area interconnected power system has been used to exhibit the features and functions of the algorithm and program.
