单元机组循环水泵叶片最佳角度运行的效益及控制 被引量:1

摘要 本文以宝钢自备电厂循环冷却水系统为例,建立了单元机组循环水泵叶片最佳运行角度数学模型,据此估计了效益并给出了开环控制方案。依本文给出的开环控制模型的叶片角自控装置已在该厂两台机上投入运行,每年可节标煤720吨,多发电260多万kWh。 A mathematical model for optimal blade angle of circulating pump operation inBaoshan I&S Power Plant was established by the author. The pump efficiency under the optimalcondition was evaluated and a open-loop control program for optimal blade angle was developed.Consequently, an automatic blade control device, designing according to the open-loop controlmodel, has been put into operation with the result of a yearly saving of 720t standard coal andadditional generation of more than 2.6×10kWh of electricity.
