摘要
本文研究了在涡流室柴油机上采用隔热技术的有关问题,并根据试验与计算结果指出:副室隔热是较可取的方案;改善主室中期放热率和缩短燃烧延续期是提高隔热机热效率的关键;在缸套无隔热情况下,隔热机的冷却传热损失上升;零件表面PSZ 的喷涂层的寿命高于700~900小时。
Some problems related to thermal insulation of a brechamber diesel enginewere studied.Based on the results of test and calculation,it was foundthat insulation of prechamber is preferable to main chamber,enhancing themiddle phase heat release rate and shortening the combustion duration inmain chamber are key points for increasing efficiency.When cylindir lineris not insulated,insulated chamber will increase the heat rejection ofengine.Test showed PSZ coating on combustion chamber surfaces lastedmore than 700~900h.
