摘要
本文论述了在机床自动化、智能化研究中采用的微型计算机控制系统,给出了系统原理方框图;讨论了系统抗干扰问题,并首次提出和采用了可编程步进电机变积分频率数字积分式自动升降频方法;最后讨论了以8088为CPU 的单板机机床控制系统。
This paper presents microcomputer control system in machine toolautomation and intelligent instrumentation.System block diagrams are given,someproblems about anti-disturbance of system are discussed.The method using program tochange integral freguencies to implement digital-integral-type raise-reducingfrequencies of stepping motor is first proposed.Finally the machine tool control systemwith the single-board computer based on 8088 CPU is also introduced.
