摘要
本文分析了反射式腔稳双变容管调谐耿氏振荡器的调谐特性和相位噪声性能.研制出的 Ka 波段双调谐 VCO 的性能为:输出功率50~100mW,粗调谐10~20MHz/0~15V,细调谐±1~3MHz/0~15V,相位噪声为-60dB_c/Hz(f_m=1KHz),-95dB)c/Hz(f_m=50KHz)。该双调谐 VCO 已成功地应用于某毫米波系统中。
The tuning performance and phase noise of the bi-varactor tuniug, reflection-type cavity stabilized Gunn oscillator is studied in this paper,The Ka- band bi-tuning VCO is developed with the performances output power:50~100mW corase tuning:10~20MHz/(0~15V) fine tuning:±1~3MHz/(0~15V) phase noise:-60dB_c/Hz(f_m=1kHz)-95dB_c/Hz(f_m=50kHz) The bi-tuning VCO has been successfully applied in a mm-wave system.
