摘要
本文将模糊评价方法引入市政道路工程质量评价中。用系统层次分析法确定质量要素的权重值，对定量指标和定性指标分别采用数理统计法和专家估测法确定其模糊隶属度。在此基础上建立市政道路工程质量模糊综合评价模型，为客观评价市政道路工程质量开辟了一条新途径。
In this paper, fuzzy evaluation is introduced to determine the engineering quality of municipal roads. Through the system analytic hierarchy process (SAHP), the weighted value of quality factor is obtained. The fuzzy subordinate of the quantitative aud qualitative indices are determined through mathematical statistics and [rpfessonal estimation, on the basis of which a model is established for fuzzy evaluation of the construction quality of municipal roads, creating a nes way in this field.
