摘要
从影响全员劳动生产率的因素入手 ,通过对具体的大型建筑企业的劳动生产率的分析与核算 ,提出了一系列的提高劳动生产率的具体措施及建议。
Based on the factors affecting per-capita product ivity, a series of measures and suggestions were presented to raise productivity by analyzing an d accounting productivity of the concrete large building enterprise.
