Determination of fructose in fruit gluecose syrup with resorcin spectrophotometry

通过对不同显色条件的讨论 ,表明用间苯二酚分光光度法测定果葡糖浆中的果糖方法简单 ,准确度高 ,重现性好 ,是目前测定果糖的一种较好方法。

Based on the discussion of different coloration co nd ition,it showed that the method to determine fructose in glucose syrup by resorc in spectrophotometry is relatively effective,which was characterized by simplici ty,high accuracy and good reproduction.
