青年学生血清极低密度脂蛋白载脂蛋白C的研究

STUDIES ON APOLIPOPROTEIN C OF VERY LOW DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN AMONG THE COLLEGE STUDENTS

本实验分析了50例(男20;女30)正常青年学生 VLDLapoC 各亚组分的百分含量及其在各亚组分间的比值。采用不连续密度梯度角转头超速离心分离脂蛋白法分离 VLDL。于脱脂后对 apoVLDL 进行圆盘法等电聚焦电泳(IEF)。测得 apoVLDLCⅢ_0、CⅡ、CⅢ_1和 CⅢ_2的等电点分别为4.93,4.78,4.72和4.54。用双波长薄层色谱扫描仪扫描等电聚焦电泳分离的 VLDLapoC 区带。结果 VLDLapoCⅡ,CⅢ_0,CⅢ_1和 CⅢ_2的百分含量分别为:22.42±6.94%,18.32±6.87%,30.41±10.61%和27.85±12.11%。无明显的性别差异(p>0.05)。VLDLapoCⅡ/CⅢ_0,CⅡ/CⅢ_1,CⅡ/CⅢ_2,CⅢ_0/CⅢ_1,CⅢ_0/CⅢ_2和 CⅢ_1/CⅢ_2分别为1.44±0.67,0.80±0.35,1.07±0.54,0.76±0.40,0.93±0.48及1.43±0.73。在性别间无显著差异(P>0.05)。VLDLapoCⅢ_1的百分含量与血清 TG 浓度呈正相关(r=0.88,p<0.001);而 VLDLapoCⅡ,CⅢ_0和 CⅢ_2与血清 TG 浓度无明显相关。

The isoforms of apolipoprotein C(ape C)in very low density li- poprotein Among 50 healthy college students(male:20,female:30) were studied.Very low density lipoproteins were prepared by discon- tinuous density gradient ultracenfugation in angular rotor.The iso- forms of apolipoprotein C were separated by poiyacrylamide gel iso- electric focusing.The isoelectric points of apolipoprotein CⅢ_0 and CⅡ,CⅢ_1,CⅢ_2 determined were 4.93,4.78,4.72 and 4.54 respectively. The percentage values of apolipoprotein C isoform were measured with the SHIMADZU Dual-wavelength TLC scanner CS-910.The percentage values of VLDLapoCⅡ,CⅢ_0,CⅢ_1,CⅢ_2 were 22.42±6.94%,18.32 ±6.87%,30.41±10.61% and 27.85±12.11% respectively.The ratios of the percentage values of VLDLapoCⅡ/CⅢ_0,CⅡ/CⅢ_1,CⅡ/CⅢ_2, CⅢ_0/CⅢ_1,CⅢ_0/CⅢ_2,and CⅢ_1/CⅢ_2 were 1.44±0.67,0.80±0.35, 1.07±0.54,0.76±0.40,0.93±0.48,1.43±0.73 respectively.Neither the percentage values of VLDLapoC nor their mutual ratio show singnifi- cant difference between sexes(P>0.05).The interralationship between serum triglyceride concentration and the percentage values of VLDLapoC were analysed.The serum triglyceride concentration corre- lated positively with the percentage value of VLDLapoCⅢ_1,(r=0.88, P<0.001),whereas no significant correlation existed between serum triglyceride and the percentage values of VLDLapoCⅢ_0,C_Ⅱ,CⅢ_2.
