摘要
从城市设计的概念和构成要素入笔，阐述了现代居住区城市设计的背景，并从规划布局、交通停车、景观环境、建筑风格四个方面对居住区城市设计的特色营造进行了分析，提出创造新时代地域风格的居住区设计的基本观念与相应手法。
From the concept and factors of urban design, this paper demonstrates the background of urban design for modern residential districts. Then it suggests the basic idea and corresponding methods of creating modern residential district with local characteristics, which is depended on the analysis of four aspects such as planning layout, traffic and park, landscape environment, architectural style for residential design peculiarity.
