The Challenge of WTO and Chinese Construction Law

分析认为，加入WTO之后，中国的建设法制工作将面临前所未有的发展机遇和严峻的挑战，并提出应对WTO挑战的措施，即遵循法制原则，实现建设法制与WTO法律体系框架的对接。

On the analysis of the development opportunity and austere challenge of Chinese construction law after the entry into WTO of China, this paper proposes the countermeasures to deal with the chalienge of WTO in line with the principle of law for combination of construction law and judicial frame of WTO .
