摘要脂质在动脉粥样硬化(以下简称 AS)形成中的作用一直是被研究得最多最深入的领域。尤其是近些年来对脂质受体和载脂蛋白的研究,使脂质在 AS 形成中的作用认识发展到了一个新的里程碑。但重视脂质的重要性,并不是说 AS 的发生仅是由于脂质被动浸润的结果。事实上 AS 发生是由多种原因,例如机械因素、感染因素、理化因素。
