摘要 自20世纪70年代后期,德国建筑师开始发展节能住宅。按照能耗的多少,从无能耗房到低能耗房,德国低能耗住宅共划分为4类。近年来的住宅工程向“低技”发展,即将被动的能量存储方式和对太阳能的主动利用结合起来。本文选择了两个实例,以说明德国建筑师如何将业主需求和节能要求融合到自己的设计概念之国。德国建筑界的远期目标则是将整个社会转变为节能社会。 Since the late 1970s the architects in Germany have developed low -energy housing, which is divided in four categories from low anergy to zero energy housing .The projects in recent years tend to ward low-tech, that is passive energy reservation, combined with actively using of solar energy. Two examples are chosen to Show how architects synthesise the demand of user and saving energy to develop their design idea. On the long term ,their aim is to change the society to an energy-saving society,
