摘要
德国图宾根城南新区的建设规划和设计是将居住、工作、商业、文化、娱乐等多功能混合，并尊重历史，让居民充分参与设计，从而重新创造出生机勃勃的，可持效性发展的人类城市生活环境。这一作法对当代城市发展采用的功能分区式的建设原则提出了质疑。
The construction planning and the design idea of the new urban district in the south of Tubingen in Germany are combining the functions of residence, work ,business, culture and entertainment together,respecting the history and enabling residents to participate in the planning ,thereby a fresh and lively urban living environment of sustainable development built, This practice opposes the construction principle of divided function in the contemporary city development.
