摘要
通过法国中等城市鲁昂，在美环境保护和城市建设方面的先进经验的总结和具体做法的分析对城市的持续性发展提出一些新的参照目标，并相应地提供了可供借鉴的宝贵实例，一方面作为学习和交流的总结，另一方面也为我国的城市提供可供借鉴的依据。
Based on the summary of the advanced experiences of environmental protection and the urban construction, as well as on the analysis of their methods in the mid-sized city - Rouen, France, this article brings out some new compared models to the continued development of cities, and gives some typical examples. It also concludes on the study and communication and give rules to our cities.
