Development and application of vacuum freeze-drying technique in powders preparation

本文简要综述近年来粉体 (食用粉和超细粉末材料等 )真空冷冻干燥制备技术、工艺和设备等方面的发展近况。

The progress in vacuum freeze drying technique for preparing edible and ultrafine material powders is reviewed, and the current status, existing problem and future prospects of this technique are discussed briefly.
